Andrew Duff OBE was the Liberal Democrat Member of the European Parliament for the East of England from 1999 to 2014. He was spokesman for the Liberal group on constitutional affairs, and represented the Parliament at the drafting of the Treaty of Lisbon. He is a former President of the Union of European Federalists. He is now a Senior Fellow at the European Policy Centre, Brussels.
