Carla Francome is an Active Travel Campaigner and TV Producer. Last year, she was a joint winner of “Campaigner of the Year” at the London Cycling Campaign, and was also chosen as one of the “100 Women in Cycling” from “We are Cycling UK”. She regularly shares her adventures on Twitter. She’s the daughter of two extrovert former Butlins redcoats and clowns, and was (unfortunately for everyone she meets), born without any shyness genes. She is also a fan of singing in public. It has been mentioned on a number of occasions that if politicians don’t do what Carla wants, it could be worth threatening to sing outside their offices.
