Dr Jan Sheldon is the CEO of St Martins, a charity founded in 1972 to support and care for people sleeping rough and homeless people in Norwich. At any one-time St Martins is supporting 300 people with 200 dedicated and committed team members. St Martins has been recognised by Best Companies as the 5th UK Charity to work for (Q2). Jan holds a Doctorate in Education awarded by Sheffield University in 2004; she qualified as a Chartered Director with the Institute of Directors in 2015.
